Use
- Used in conjunction with Sikagard® Duroplast epoxy resin based
F.R.S. (Fabric Reinforced Systems) on interior walls and ceilings.
- Used to improve long term durability in heavy service and demanding
environments,such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories,
clean rooms, animalholding areas, commercial kitchens, food and
beverage facilities, service corridors,locker rooms and shower areas.

Sikagard® Duroplast-100 N
Sikagard® Duroplast®-100 N is a two-part, high
solids, low odour, low VOC, finely textured, glossy, pigmented epoxy
floor and wall coating. It produces a durable, easy to clean
ceramic-like finish on interior surfaces. Can be applied over properly
prepared and primed concrete, concrete masonry, common steel, or gypsum
board substrates. It is also used as binder for multi-layered, glass
fabric-reinforced wall lining systems that improve the durability of
gypsum board against impact. Sikagard® Duroplast®-100 N contains a
Steri-Septic antimicrobial additive that inhibits the growth of
bacteria, molds, mildew and fungi for the lifetime of the coating.

Sikafloor® Duochem-6001
Water-Based, Easy to Clean, Epoxy Coating with Wear and Mild Chemical Resistance for Floors, Walls and Ceilings
Use
■ As a interior coating for surfaces in
chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing and preparation facilities,
warehouses and workshops which require coating whilst normal operations
continue.
■ Use on floors, walls, ceilings and machinery where a
semi-gloss, wear resistant finish is needed, which will withstand
contact with mildly corrosive chemicals and scrubbing during wash- down.
■ As a thin -film, vapour permeable sealer on concrete above, on, or below grade.
Characteristics and Advantages
■ Water-based, ideal for interior application without disruption to ongoing operations.
■ Able to withstand light or moderate traffic (i.e. pedestrians and pneumatic tires).
■ Good resistance against mild corrosive chemicals, wear factors and scrubbing while being cleaned.

Sikagard® Duroplast EE
Sikagard® Duroplast® EE is a two-part, high
performance blockfiller designed to prime and fill small pours and
reduce surface irregularities on properly prepared walls and ceilings.
It serves to fill voids on porous surfaces and improve both the adhesion
and appearance of high quality Sikagard® Duroplast® finishes that will
be exposed to high levels of moisture in service.
Use
- Interior and exterior applications.
- On wall and ceiling constructed from concrete block, masonry units,
poured or precast concrete to obtain a filled surface profile.
- To provide superior bonding properties needed to support two-part epoxy and urethane finish coats in high abuse installation.
- To fill and seal walls and ceilings with variable absorption which might excessively absorb coatings.
- Wet and dry process areas subject to repeated cleaning such as; food
and beverage processing plants, health care facilities, pharmaceutical,
laboratories, animal care facilities, wash bays, locker and shower
rooms.
- Used in new construction and maintenance work.
