Sikafloor® Fastflor CR
Sikafloor® Fastflor® CR is a two-component,
solvent-free and low-VOC containing, epoxy binder and coating available
in unlimited colours. Sikafloor® Fastflor® CR provides extremely high
chemical and mechanical resistance within a smooth or broadcast floor
finish.
Use
- Excellent protection for new or old concrete and properly prepared steel surfaces.
- For areas requiring resistance to severe chemical attack and abrasion.
- Suitable for use in direct exposure and secondary containment areas
in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, laboratories, dairies,
breweries, chemical plants, paper mills, food processing and
pharmaceutical manufacturing (for specific chemical resistance refer to
Sika’s Chemical Resistance Guide).

Sikagard® CRV-20
Chemical-Resistant, Novolac Vinyl Ester Resin Coating, Topping and Lining
Use
- As a smooth, chemical-resistant lining on concrete or steel substrates.
- As a broadcast, textured floor system to provide a slip-resistant,
durable wearing surface in pedestrian areas where aggressive chemicals
are present.
- Protection of containment tanks, machine bases, and plant floors and walls exposed to aggressive chemicals.
- Protection against ground-water contamination resulting from uncontained chemical spills.
Characteristics and Advantages
■ Sikagard® CRV 20 may be applied as a smooth coating system or as a build-up system
incorporating aggregate.
■ Both systems are suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces.

High Build and Abrasion-Resistant Epoxy Resin Based Waterproof Coating
Use
Wherever a chemical, abrasion and corrosion
resistant, tile like, protective coating is required on concrete or
steel. Extensive use in chemical containment facilities and potable
water tanks, reservoirs and similar structures.

Sikagard® Duochem-7500
Sikagard® Duochem-7500 is a two-component, high
solids, epoxy-Novolac coating/topping/lining which possesses outstanding
resistance to strong inorganic acids, concentrated sulphuric acid and
oxygenated solvents.
Use
- As a smooth, chemical-resistant lining on concrete or steel substrates subject to concentrated acids.
- Protection of containment tanks, machine bases, plant floors and walls exposed to aggressive chemicals.
- Protection against ground water contamination resulting from uncontained chemical spills.
- As a broadcast, build-up system to provide a slip resistant and
durable wearing surface in pedestrian areas where aggressive chemicals
are present.
Characteristics and Advantages
- The material is convenient to proportion, 2:1 by volume resin to hardener ratio.
- Sikagard® Duochem-7500 may be applied as a smooth system or a broadcast build-up system incorporating silica sand.
- Sikagard® Duochem-7500 provides a high build and effective barrier
for concrete and steel to protect against a wide range of aggressive
substances.
- Sikagard® Duochem-7500 exhibits excellent adhesion, hardness, abrasion resistance, and compressive strength values.
