KELMAR® FWC III SYSTEM is a solvent free, rapid curing, 100% solids flexible epoxy protective coating system. The Kelmar® FWC III waterproofing system consists of a prime coat, NEO V II C, and an abrasion resistant traffic bearing top coat which is filled with aggregate for skid resistance. An optional top coat is also available.
Typical Uses: As a waterproofing system for parking structures / Pedestrian walkways / Balconies

Kelmar® T.E. System
KELMAR® T.E. SYSTEM is a solvent free, rapid curing 100% solids epoxy protective coating system. The system consists of a prime coat, waterproof membrane and an abrasion-resistant, Coal Tar Epoxy traffic-bearing wear course(s), which is filled with aggregate for skid resistance. An optional topcoat is also available. Available in black only.
Typical Uses: Parking Garages / Areas requiring abrasion resistance combined with waterproofing needs / Loading docks / Garbage Rooms

Kelmar® PC System
KELMAR® PC SYSTEM is a modified polymer traffic deck waterproofing system specifically engineered for treating Pre-Cast Parking Structure joints. The Kelmar® PC waterproofing system consists of an epoxy primer, NEO V II C latex based waterproofing membrane reinforced with a nylon mesh and an abrasion resistant flexible traffic bearing wear course blended with #151 Aggregates. A topcoat is required for traffic decks exposed to UV. The topcoat is optional for enclosed decks.
Typical Uses: Pre-Cast Parking structure joint treatment.

Kelmar® CRF System
KELMAR® CRF SYSTEM is a waterproofing system for under raised access flooring structures, which typically are present in computer rooms. Kelmar® CRF provides a highly elastic membrane waterproofing layer called NEO V II C followed by a durable acrylic latex fortified cementitious wear course layer which is designed to handle the weight of the access flooring structure which is adhered to it.

Merdek® Basecoat
EMBE® MERDEK® BASECOAT is a flexible modified polymer membrane formulated with the most advanced chemistry available to provide a tough seamless waterproofing system with excellent crack bridging capabilities. It is used as a base coat and must be top coated with EMBE® Merdek Topcoat and / or Merdek UV, depending on the system specified. Merdek Basecoat does not require a primer as it adheres tenaciously to concrete.
Typical Uses: : Parking structures / Mechanical equipment rooms Cold storage rooms / Balconies / Shower areas / Kitchen Computer rooms / Wet processing area / Anti-Fracture membrane for tile floors / For areas where solvent fumes are unacceptable

Merdek® Top Coat – 100% Solids Epoxy Wear Course
EMBE® MERDEK TOP COAT is a 100% solids, flexible epoxy that is used as the wear intermediate coat or the finish coat, depending on the system specified, in the EMBE® Merdek system. EMBE® Merdek Topcoat is odor free, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Merdek® UV – Single Component Interior and Exterior Coating

#151 Aggregate
#151 AGGREGATE is reprocessed rubber based aggregate used with the EMBE® Merdek System and with the Kelmar® P.C. Joint Detailing. #151 aggregate is a consistent quality, flexible aggregate with resilient durability. It is safe and non-toxic.
